What information does EBAN collect and how will it be used? 

Our website's forms may require you to provide contact information (like your name, e-mail and address) and demographic information (like your zip code or age). We may use the contact information from these sponsorship and survey forms to send you information about the programs or events of EBAN, or news related to Epidermolysis Bullosa. You may opt out of receiving future mailings by sending us an email indicating this is your choice.  

What about "cookies?" 

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Since you do not have to 'log in' to our site to view it, there are no cookies stored, and cookies do not contain any personally identifying information anyhow.
